Templates

When creating new entities, a template can be used to automatically fill in chosen fields.

How to

Create a template for individuals

1. Go to settings and click on templates .

2. Click on + to create a new template.

3. Add a template name.

5. Choose the organization that the individual will belong to. Depending on your permissions you can change the preselected option. It will automatically choose your own organizational belonging.

6. Add comments if needed.

7. Choose language.

8. Add job position. It is easiest to create one template for each role. (Find positions in settings.)

9. Add if the user should have an withdrawal limit.

Administrative permissions

1. Choose what type of AXSOR user the individuals are.

2. Give Individuals permission to view and edit .

Organizational permissions

3. Set which organizations the individual have permission to

view, edit , add + , delete

Save to continue.

1. Connect individuals to a company.

2. Connect to group of individuals.

3. Connect profiles.

1. Add information to custom fields if same information is applicable for the users. (option appears id you have created any custom fields in settings.)

Save and close.

How to

Create a template for objects

1. Go to settings and click on templates .

2. Click on + to create a new template.

3. Add a template name.

4. Choose an object category. Categories can like templates be created in settings.

5. Choose the organization that the objects will belong to. Depending on your permissions you can change the preselected option. It will automatically choose your own organizational belonging.

6. Add comments if needed.

7. If the objects shouldn’t be electronically surveilled, choose what storage the objects should be placed in. Storages are created in administrate.

It’s not possible to add which Assembly and position the Object template should use, since they are unique to each object. However, they can be added after the objects are created from the template.

 Save to continue.

1. Connect groups of objects . New objects will automatically be connected to the group.

2. Connect profiles . New object will automatically be connected to the profiles.

3. Fill in custom fields (option appear if you have created any custom fields in settings).

Save and close.

How to

Create a template for receipts

1. Go to settings and click on templates .

2. Click on + to create a new template.

3. Name the receipt template in description.

1. Select texts for:

  • Document header
  • Organization
  • Lending document text
  • Return document text
  • Handling of personal data
  • Document foot
  • BankID signature text
  • BankID signing terms

(Create receipt texts in settings.)

2. Select image/ logotype. (Add images in settings)

1. Choose what information that should be shown about the recipient.

2. Choose what information that should be shown about the objects.

Save. Now you have created a new template for receipts! (You can also preview the template before closing.)
