Reservation events

If reservation requirements aren’t met, a event/alarm will be created.

The cause of a reservation deviation could be objects that aren’t withdrawn or an object that isn’t returned by the time the reservation ends. If parameters aren’t set, it is still possible to make reservations but no alarm will be displayed.
