Receipts are used when handing out objects to individuals.
It is possible to hand out objects that normally are placed in an EAGLE Assembly as well as objects that are placed in a storage (and registered in AXSOR).
Verified receipts.
Prepared receipts but not yet handed out.
Receipts not returned in time.
Partially returned.
1. Go to handle and select receipts .
2. Click on + to create a new receipt.
3. Choose the category, for example long-or short term lending. (Add and change categories in settings.)
4. Choose the template. A receipt template is needed to create receipts. (Create templates in settings.)
5. Add general information if needed.
1. Add the individual that will lend the objects.
1. Before you choose the object, register when the it should be returned.
2. If you have multiple EAGLE assemblies, search for the assembly to easier find the right objects.
3. Select one or multiple objects that will be handed out. It is possible to set different time limits for the different objects (just by changing the date/time).
1. Choose the organization it regards.
The receipt can be saved in four different ways:
1. Save and verify
Use if the objects are handed out directly and verified manually in the system (recommended that the Receipt is printed and signed physically).
2. Save and sign
Use if the objects are handed out directly and verified through a digital signature by the recipient.
3. Save and close
Use if a receipt is prepared for further handling.
4. Save and new
Use if you want to create a new receipt after saving the current one.
Manual hand out
1. Click on Verify hand out on the prepared receipt in the receipts list.
2. Verify that the recipient has received the objects.
3. It is recommended that the receipt is printed and signed physically. Click on show receipt and print it.

Digital signature
1. Click on Sign receipt on the prepared receipt in the list.
2. Use the signature pad to create a signature or sign with BankID. (The individual need their social security number registered to use BankID.)
Save the sign.
1. Click on Register return on the receipt.
2. It is possible to return one or more objects. If the object is returned, select returned . If the individual have lost the object, select lost .
3. The recipient of the hand out will automatically be chosen as the individual returning the objects. If contrary to expectation, another person return the objects, it is possible to change the individual.
4. It is possible to save the return in four different ways:

1. Click on Quick return (to the right of Add new +).
2. Search for the object that you want to return.
3. Only choose a user if it is someone else returning the object than the one withdrawing it.

Return directly in the EAGLE Assembly.
If the parameter ReceiptAutoReturn is on (set to 1), it is possible to return handed out objects directly in the EAGLE Assembly. The receipt will automatically be updated.
A receipt is considered returned when the objects listed on it are placed back to in Assembly.
