Make it possible to send emails from AXSOR by configuring your outgoing mail server settings.
How to
Turn on email messages
1. Register a email server, for example smtp.gmail.com.
SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is a communication protocol used for sending and receiving email messages over the Internet.
2. Register your email port.
3. Add a user name, for example your company email.
4. Add a password.
5. Add a sender name, for example your company email.
6. Toggle on 
‘Use encryption’ to seal your information and keep your data safe when you send it over the internet.
The different settings can be tested by using the ‘Test settings’ button. The phone number and email added to the individual logged in will receive the message if everything is working.
